Our care is focused on dogs and cats.

Though we make every attempt to see patients in a timely manner. We discourage walk-ins as they are often associated with long waits and can be disruptive to those clients that have scheduled appointments. Please call to see what our same day availability is and to discuss other appointment types like drop offs.

As a small, privately owned business, we are unable to provide payment plans. We do accept Care credit and Scratch pay. 

Pet insurance is a great tool for many pet owners as it can potentially lessen the financial burden for certain treatments. We are unable to recommend any particular insurance company but there are many options. We recommend getting pet insurance as soon as possible to take full advantage of coverage options.

We are unable to hold onto strays in our hospital. We can scan cats and dogs for microchips in hopes of finding an owner, otherwise we recommend taking stray animals to Animal Care and Protective Services located at 2020 Forest St, Jacksonville, FL 32204, Phone number: (904) 630-2489
